  • Passport Interaction - FREE!  we'll be giving our attendees a 'passport' that they will need to bring to your booth to request your signature.  If they complete their passport they will be entered into the grand prize drawing.  Great opportunity for one-on-one interaction with attendees.
  • Tuesday Dinner - $ dinner on Tuesday will be on your own.  You are welcome to invite attendees to join you, either on-site or at a local restaurant for dinner.  You will need to provide transportation if you choose off-site. 
  • Registration Discount Opportunities - we'll be offering a couple of options, Email us at:  [email protected] for more details.
  • Attendee List Access - FREE!  upon receipt of your paid registration, we'll provide access to a Google Doc with attendee names, schools and email addresses - no phone numbers.  This list will be updated as folks register, so you will need to check it periodically.
  • Networking Tour to NAU and Grand Canyon - FREE!  great opportunity for one-one-one conversations with attendees, PLUS . . . the Grand Canyon! . . . what could be better?  Thank you to QTrak for sponsoring this awesome opportunity!
  • Breakfast Introductions - FREE! you'll be given 5 minutes to introduce yourself and share a little about your products, services, or why you're at the conference.
  • Lunch Table Host - FREE!  this will be a first-come first-served opportunity, depending on how many tables are available.  You'll be the 'host' of a table, where you'll be able to invite attendees to join you for lunch on Tuesday during our exhibit hall day.
  • Door Prize - $ commit to bringing a door prize and be given a 5-10 minute time slot during the exhibit hall for dedicated time with all attendees, as a group, to share in more detail about your products or services.

LOCATION / CONFERENCE HOTEL:

The Prescott Resort and Conference Center in Prescott, Arizona.

  • Deluxe King Room (up to 2 people) $169.00 per night ($20 each additional, max of 4)
  • Deluxe 2 Queen Room (up to 2 people) $169.00 per night ($20 each additional, max of 4)
  • King Suite (up to 2 people) $189 per night ($20 each additional, max of 4)
  • 2 Queen Suite (up to 2 people) $189 per night ($20 each additional, max of 4)
    • Children, 18 years and under, stay free when staying in the same room as their parent.
    • Room tax is currently 12.35% (Dec 2023)
    • Cut-off date for reservations at the group rate is September 12, 2024 - Make your reservation TODAY!

AIRPORT INFORMATION:  (note: the Prescott Resort is about 90 miles north of Phoenix)

Not coming from LA or Denver via United Airlines?  Then we recommend you fly into Phoenix and take the shuttle to Prescott.

 GROUND TRANSPORTATION TO HOTEL (SHUTTLE):

  • From Prescott Regional Airport - car rental: (Avis - (928) 227-2015, or Budget - (928) 379-6953), taxi, Lyft, or Uber
  • From Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport - Groome Transportation - approx. 2-hour ride from airport to hotel.
    • Important shuttle details: The Prescott Resort is not a regularly scheduled stop for Groome Transporation, however, they are extending a couple of discounts to our group.
           1. You MUST call in to make your reservation, do NOT book it online.  When calling in, please tell them you are with ARMCUMS and need to schedule a shuttle with a drop-off at the Prescott Resort.  Phone Number:  (928) 350-8466
           2. They are offering our group the discounted online rate of $46 1-way (even though we are required to call in).
      All Groome staff should be aware of these arrangements, however, if they are not, or are unwilling to make your reservation with these concessions, please ask for the Manager or the Assistant Manager.  If you are still not able to make your reservation, please email Becky at [email protected] and she will assist.
