Conference Terms & Conditions's for Attendees & Guests
- Full refund, minus PayPal fees, available prior to August 19, 2024.
- 50%, minus PayPal fees, refund available from August 20 through September 9, 2024.
- No refund available, effective September 10, 2024.
- With notice to the conference coordinator, you may substitute a different attendee for your institution up to October 1, 2024.
- No substitutes after October 1, 2024.
- The Emeritus and Guest Fees cover participation in the conference-sponsored events and meals.
- If you are an Emeritus Member and will not be participating the whole week, please email us at: ARMCUMSinfo@gmail.com, and we'll be happy to set up an a la carte option for you.
- If you are bringing a guest and need meals a la carte instead of all conference-sponsored meals, please email us at: ARMCUMSinfo@gmail.com, and we'll be happy to assist.
