ARMCUMS provides a vibrant community for individuals working in mail services or related departments within educational institutions. As you consider your membership, please note that our membership year spans from July 1 to June 30.

If you're currently a NACUMS member or considering joining, renewing your ARMCUMS membership first entitles you to a special discount code for your NACUMS membership fee. Take advantage of this offer to maximize your savings and benefits from both organizations.

Here are the updated membership dues for the 2024-2025 term:

  • Individual Member: $50
  • Additional Member: $40 each
  • Institutional Membership: $130 (for up to 3 members)
  • Emeritus: Complimentary

Membership benefits include access to the Members Only section of our website, bi-annual newsletters, a Certificate of Membership, discounts on conferences, participation in the ARMCUMS Listserv, and much more.

ARMCUMS Membership Committee

To be eligible for membership, you must be (1) an employee of a college, university, other higher educational institution, or other educational institution approved by the Executive Board, and (2) perform administrative, managerial, supervisory work or services related to Mail Services, or other Mail Services duties as approved by the Executive Board.
