ARMCUMS provides a vibrant community for individuals working in mail services or related departments within educational institutions. As you consider your membership, please note that our membership year spans from July 1 to June 30.
If you're currently a NACUMS member or considering joining, renewing your ARMCUMS membership first entitles you to a special discount code for your NACUMS membership fee. Take advantage of this offer to maximize your savings and benefits from both organizations.

Here are the updated membership dues for the 2024-2025 term:
- Individual Member: $50
- Additional Member: $40 each
- Institutional Membership: $130 (for up to 3 members)
- Emeritus: Complimentary

ARMCUMS Membership Committee
To be eligible for membership, you must be (1) an employee of a college, university, other higher educational institution, or other educational institution approved by the Executive Board, and (2) perform administrative, managerial, supervisory work or services related to Mail Services, or other Mail Services duties as approved by the Executive Board.

July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025
Looking for the NACUMS regional discount code?

After September 1st, each year, it will be available on our website in the Members Only area.
