Exhibitor Set up
October 14 @ 6:30 pm - 10:00 pm MST
Granite Mountain Room.
The room will be open from 6:30 pm (or when we return from the Networking Tour) until 10 pm on Monday and will reopen at 7:00 am on Tuesday. If this is not sufficient time for you to set up, please contact us no later than Thursday, October 10, 2024, so we may make alternate arrangements for you.
All events will be held in the same room, so exhibitors must be set up and ready to start at 8 am when breakfast begins. Please see T&C's for details.
Your booth assignment will be indicated by your logo posted on the table.
