Exhibit Hall Open
October 15 @ 9:30 am - 12:00 pm MST
- Must be present in the room when your name is called in order to be eligible to win door prizes.
- Grand prize giveaway during the last Exhibit Hall time, at 4 pm.
Make sure you have your exhibit hall card initialed by all 7 exhibitors, plus ARMCUMS. Once it's completed, make sure you have your name on it and turn it in at the ARMCUMS booth. Once we've verified the signatures, we'll add your number to the drawing bag, so that you will be included in the drawing for the Grand Prize.
Door prizes will be given away throughout the day, so stick around and keep chatting.
A buffet lunch will be served at 12 noon in the Exhibit Hall.
The Exhibit Hall will reopen at 1:30 pm and Exhibitors will be back at their booths.
T-shirt exchange will be at 3 pm in the Exhibit Hall. Turn your shirt in at the opening of the exhibit hall, please.
Grand Prize drawing will be at 4 pm in the Exhibit Hall.
