ARMCUMS Presents: O*NET Session (U.S. Department of Labor’s (USDOL) Occupational Information Network (ONET) Program)

David Rivkin is a Senior Technical Officer for the U.S. Department of Labor's (USDOL) Occupational Information Network (ONET) Program. Mr. Rivkin has been with the program since its inception and contributed to the initial design and implementation of the ONET system. He has contributed to the development of ONET websites, data tools, data collection instruments, and related assessment tools. He manages data collection activities and is responsible for ensuring the technical quality of ONET products and tools. Mr. Rivkin serves as a liaison between the ONET Program, its Federal Partners, and ONET's vast array of customers.
