Introducing ARMCUMS Presents: A Monthly Educational Hour
We are excited to announce the launch of ARMCUMS Presents, a new monthly educational hour designed to provide our members with valuable insights and knowledge from distinguished experts in various fields. This initiative aims to foster continuous learning and professional development within our community.
Our inaugural event occurred on February 20, 2025 and featured Dr. Eric M. Kirby, an award-winning educator, attorney, and thought leader in leadership, management, generational nuances, and student success.

Meet Ronnie Farris, our esteemed guest speaker for our
ARMCUMS Presents session on Customer Service.

Session Description:  At the heart of any business is the relationship with the customer. We need them to keep returning to us to survive in the long term. Today's customers have countless business choices. It's our job to form great relationships that will keep them returning to us time after time. This session will cover some best practices that, if followed, will help ensure their return.
