2024 ARMCUMS Conference Exhibitors

This page is intended to be a resource and hopefully provide information you may need to easily access as you prepare for the conference or even during the conference.  I hope you find it helpful!

  Information, not in any particular order:

Meals included in your registration fee:

  • Opening Reception on Sunday
  • Grab 'n Go Breakfast on Monday (if you've signed up for the networking tour)
  • Lunch at NAU on Monday (if you've signed up for the networking tour)
  • Breakfast on Tuesday
  • Lunch on Tuesday

Please submit the Menu Choices form so we can appropriately plan for your meals.  If we do not receive a form from you, we will assume you do not want to eat, so don't forget!

  • Have you made your shuttle reservation at Groome Transportation, if you're using their service to get from the Phoenix airport to the Prescott Resort? - for detailed info see the Exhibitor Conference page on our website after clicking on the orange bar across the top of the page.
  • Have you submitted the Menu Choices form?  If not, please do that by September 30th.  I will be submitting the final info to the Prescott Resort early morning on October 1st and will not be able to make changes after that.  Click here for the Menu Choices Form
  • Conference Menu - these are the meals included in your registration, fee along with more details on what will be served and when.
  • Exhibit Hall Layout - each attendee will be given a copy of the layout (click on the link to download a copy), and instructions on how to participate in order to be eligible for the grand prize drawing at the end of the exhibit hall are listed across the top of the diagram.  We hope this encourages them to visit and spend some time with each of you exploring the products and services you have to offer.
  • Door Prizes - Please verify with Becky that you have a door prize at the beginning of the exhibit hall time, but keep your door prize with you at your booth.
    • If you bring a door prize you will be given 5-10 minutes of scheduled dedicated time with all attendees during the exhibit hall time. We will make an announcement asking all attendees to gather at your booth, where you may share information with everyone at once - a BIG commercial if you will.  Once your time allotment is up, you will draw a number from the 'hat' so all attendees present (must be present to win) have an opportunity to participate in your door prize drawing at the end of your allotted time.
    • Keep in mind that attendees are required to be present in the exhibit hall when their name is called to be awarded a prize.  This is a great way to encourage our attendees to be fully present throughout the day.
  • Lunch table hosts.  We have 5 Exhibiting Companies who have signed up to be lunch table hosts.  Since we'll only have 3 tables of 10 in the room.  I will be providing you with a card for each of those who signed up with their company logo and name on it, you'll put your card on the table where you'd like to sit, along with the card for your guest.  There is a space for you to write the name of your guest on their card.  You will each receive 2 guest cards; 1 for breakfast and 1 for lunch.  This will allow you to have a more personal interaction with your guests.
    • You will have to be quick to identify your breakfast guest or possibly even invite them the day before.
  • Tuesday Dinner - dinner on Tuesday will be on your own.  You are welcome to invite attendees to join you, either on-site or at a local restaurant for dinner.  You will need to provide transportation if you choose off-site.  We will be letting our attendees know this is a possibility, but will not be sharing which exhibitors signed up for the offer, it will be up to you to invite the attendees of your choice.
    • Keep in mind everything in the Exhibit Hall must be removed no later than 10 pm on 10/15/24.
  • Breakfast Introductions - we will be introducing all Exhibitors partway through breakfast time, each Exhibitor should be prepared to give a quick 5-minute or less introduction of themselves, their company, and the products or services our attendees will be able to speak to you about during the exhibit hall.
  • Shipping Information - If you're shipping items in for the Exhibit Hall, they must be labeled as follows:
    • Your Name
    • Your Company Name
    • ARMCUMS Conference
    • Exhibit Hall 10/15/24 - Granite Mtn Rm
    • PRESCOTT RESORT
    • 1500 E STATE ROUTE 69
    • PRESCOTT AZ 86301-5640
  • Due to storage constraints shipments must arrive no more than 3 days before our Exhibit Hall day - 10/15/24.
  • Shipments that arrive sooner than 3 days before are subject to a $25++ storage fee, payable to the Prescott Resort.
  • All exhibitors are limited to a maximum of Five (5) boxes.  If more than 5 are shipped in there will be a handling fee added by the Prescott Resort.
  • You are responsible for the arrangements to store and return your items promptly on Wednesday.  If you have specific questions, please email:  [email protected]

  • Local Exhibitors - please note that the exhibit hall will not be accessible on Monday until 6:30 pm.
  • Exhibit Hall setup - 6:30 to 10 pm on Monday, October 14th, or 7 to 8 am on Tuesday, October 15th.
  • Schedule: 
    • Sunday, October 13th - Opening Reception - 4:30 to 5:45 pm on the Sunset Patio, outside of the Granite Mountain Room.  The inclement weather option will be inside the Granite Mountain Room.  NOTE:  This will be a plated dinner, served at 5:00 pm
    • Monday, October 14th - 7:55 am - Board the Master's Touch bus in the circle drive in front of the Resort.  Grab your breakfast bag as you enter the bus.
    • Monday, October 14th - 6:30 pm - Return to the Prescott Resort
    • Monday, October 14th - 6:30 to 10 pm - Exhibit Hall open for setup.
    • Tuesday, October 15th - 7 to 8 am - Exhibit Hall open for setup.
    • Tuesday, October 15th - 8 am - Exhibit Hall opens - Buffet breakfast served.
    • Tuesday, October 15th - Lunch 12 - 1:30 pm
    • Tuesday, October 15th - 4:30 pm - Exhibit Hall closes
    • Tuesday, October 15th - 10 pm - Exhibit Hall completely cleared and locked.
    • Wednesday, October 16th - Hotel checkout is 11 am.

We invite you to join our T-shirt exchange.

  • Bring a T-shirt from your company in the size that you'd like to exchange for.
  • You'll turn in the T-shirt at the ARMCUMS booth no later than the exhibit hall opening on Tuesday morning.
  • You'll trade it for a ticket with the size of the T-shirt you turn in.
  • During the exchange, you'll bring your ticket and trade it in for a T-shirt.
  • You'll receive a T-shirt from one of our participating schools or a fellow exhibitor.
  • We'll hold the exchange during the exhibit hall time at 3 pm.
  • This is another great way to keep our attendees in the exhibit hall, having fun, and being engaged.

This is optional on your part, we just thought you might enjoy sharing in the experience.  Who wouldn't want to go home with a fun new T-shirt?
