Here are the Terms and Conditions for the prize.  A $100 value - is only valid to reduce the registration fee for the 2023 ARMCUMS Conference for the prize winner.*  No cash value.

• Valid for the 2023 ARMCUMS Conference only.
• If you are a current ARMCUMS member, the prize is valid on the Member fee option.
• If you are not currently an ARMCUMS member, the prize is valid on the Non-Member fee option.  You will, however, also receive a free ARMCUMS membership, good through June 30, 2024.
• Only one coupon code can be used per registration, so the early bird discount will not apply, regardless of the date you register.

* The prize may be transferred within the winner's university to another employee in Mail Services or a related department, at the ARMCUMS Board's discretion.  Please email us at:  [email protected] for instructions, if you'd like to exercise this option.

• Full refund, minus PayPal fees, available prior to August 1, 2023.
• 50%, minus PayPal fees, refund available from August 1 through August 25, 2023.
• No refund available after August 25, 2023.
