Conference Hotel to Conference Site (UCSD) Transportation Information
Transportation to/from the airport to UCSD and/or the conference hotel is on your own. We recommend your preferred method of travel, via a cab, uber, etc., which can be scheduled via app or found at ground transportation after you've landed and gathered all of your checked bags.
Transportation to/from the conference hotel, UCSD and scheduled conference events WILL be provided.
Please note that UCSD is a huge campus and no matter where you are dropped off, please expect to walk at least a bit!

- 9:45 to 10:45 am - Platinum Sponsor Presentation, (w/member institution)
- 11:30 am to 12:00 pm - Platinum Sponsor Presentation (solo)
- 12:00 pm to 1:25 pm - Gold Sponsor Lunch (includes a 15-min walk to the lunch)
- Dinner on your own
Thursday (Day 3)
- Community Service Project - 8:45 to 10:30 am - Gold Sponsor
- 10:45 am to 12:30 pm - Tours
- 12:30 - 1:30 pm - Lunch on your own
