Dear ULSCA and ARMCUMS Members, Partners, and Valued Suppliers,
We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to share an important update regarding the 2025 Annual Conference originally scheduled to be held in person at the University of California, San Diego, from October 20-23, 2025.
After careful consideration and in response to challenges currently facing higher education institutions nationwide, we conducted a survey among our membership to gauge the feasibility of in-person attendance. The results have made it clear that, due to ongoing uncertainties, many of our members are unable to commit to traveling for an in-person event this year.
As a result, we have made the difficult decision to transition the 2025 ULSCA & ARMCUMS Annual Conference to a fully virtual format. The conference will still take place during the same week (October 20-23, 2025), with the schedule and details to be announced soon.
We are committed to delivering a dynamic and engaging virtual experience that will provide valuable opportunities for networking, learning, and collaboration. Our team is working diligently to ensure that the virtual conference will offer meaningful ways for members, sponsors, and suppliers to connect, share best practices, and explore new ideas in university logistics and supply chain management.
We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we adapt to these changing circumstances. Additional information about the virtual conference, including registration details, sponsorship opportunities and the updated schedule, will be shared in the coming weeks.
Thank you for your continued support of ULSCA and ARMCUMS. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.
