Floyd Creecy is an accomplished executive leader and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with more than 22 years of experience leading operations, logistics, contract management, and strategic initiatives across government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and private-sector businesses.
He currently serves as Executive Director of the Mail Systems Management Association (MSMA), where he leads industry advocacy efforts, governance initiatives, and national engagement programs supporting the mailing and shipping industry. In addition, Floyd serves as Vice President of Operations for 120 Design Studio, overseeing project execution, operational strategy, and organizational excellence.
Throughout his career, Floyd has built a reputation for delivering results through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, operational leadership, and digital transformation. His expertise spans executive leadership, complex project lifecycle management, government contracting, policy advocacy, nonprofit administration, and business operations.
