We are excited to announce the launch of ARMCUMS Presents, a new monthly educational hour designed to provide our members with valuable insights and knowledge from distinguished experts in various fields. This initiative aims to foster continuous learning and professional development within our community.
Our inaugural event will take place on February 25th at 1 PM MST, featuring Dr. Eric M. Kirby, an award-winning educator, attorney, and thought leader in leadership, management, generational nuances, and student success.

Meet Dr. Kirby, our esteemed guest speaker for our
inaugural ARMCUMS Presents event.

Dr. Eric M. Kirby is a distinguished award-winning educator, attorney, and thought leader in the fields of leadership, management, generational nuances (Gen Z), and student success. Dr. Kirby holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Global Leadership from the School of Business at Indiana Institute of Technology, a Juris Doctor (J.D. - law degree) and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Legal Administration from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science with a minor in Business Management from Southern Utah University. He currently works as the Assistant Professor for Management, Leadership, and Business Law in the School of Business at SUU, and formerly served as Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs and MBA Director. Dr. Kirby also co-hosts a weekly podcast (ASCEND) and has authored multiple publications, including an Amazon Top New Release Leading Gen Z: Insights and Strategies for Managing, Parenting, and Teaching Generation Z.
