For all board members - those not participating in the Conference in person will receive an invitation to join us via Zoom.
Board Members, let's plan to get a head start as soon as possible towards the end of the Opening Reception. If we can get organized and be ready for the others joining us via Zoom at 6 pm, we can make quick work of the meeting and be ready to join the 'Haunted Prescott Tour' at 6:45 pm. 🙂
Our main goal for those joining us via Zoom is to introduce everyone.
Then choose a monthly board meeting day/time that meets the needs of hopefully everyone, but if not, the majority. Those not able to regularly make the board calls are not informed and certainly not as involved as they need to be, so it's imperative we work together to include everyone, if at all possible.
The next thing we need to capture is the Committee Member assignments.
Last would be discussion regarding future ARMCUMS Conferences, what do we want them to look like? In person, virtual ?
