In this session\, Dr. Terry will explore key concepts and current perspectives in performance management\, including how organizations can align individual performance with strategic goals\, develop talent\, and create systems that support high-performing employees. \nThis presentation is designed for professionals\, managers\, and leaders interested in strengthening performance management practices within their organizations. \nAbout the Presenter \nDr. Ryan Terry \nDr. Ryan Terry is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management at the Barton School of Business. He received his BBA and MBA from Fort Hays State University and earned his Ph.D. from The University of Texas at Arlington. \nPrior to his current role\, Dr. Terry served as an Assistant Professor at Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi.
