Join us to hear from Nicole Hagglund and Berna Omsberg, USPS representatives from CO/WY regions, to talk about the latest with USPS, upcoming price changes, and insights on future alignments with USPS. Bring your questions and Nicole and Berna will lend their expertise while adding insight on how to navigate the system of USPS.
Nicole Hagglund, USPS Territory RepresentativeNicole started her postal career in 2016 as a postal support employee. After learning all she could in her role as a clerk, in 2019, she was given the opportunity to act as Postmaster in Pine, Colorado. When the pandemic hit us all she was faced with the challenges that come with running a post office amid lockdowns and the trials of serving a community. After succeeding in staffing and making the Pine office run smoothly, she was then sent to do the same in Central City, Black Hawk, and Granby.
After traveling so much she was back to her home office, Golden, CO, as an acting supervisor in 2022 before finally settling in her current role helping customers as a Territory Representative. She enjoys using her knowledge to assist customers in getting the most out of their experience with the United States Postal Service.
Berna Omsberg, Senior Territorial Account RepresentativeBerna has had the pleasure of experiencing several positions within the USPS organization. Her over 10-year career with the United States Postal Service began in May 2012 as a PSE Clerk in Lander/WY. She held Dispatch Clerk, Retail clerk and Officer in Charge positions to cover Postmaster absences in WY offices.
She pursued supervising in Denver, Co June 2015 and has been Delivery and Finance supervisor in a Level 22 Station for over 2 years. She was afforded the opportunity for a position as a Field Sales Representative by District Sales Manager of CO/WY District in 2017.
She currently holds the position of Senior Territorial Account Representative in Denver. Consistent work
ethics, such as diligence and dependability, can be best described by her previous colleagues and
managers. Positions held at USPS have helped develop a well-rounded, customer- centered skill set.
