Join our very own Matthew Albers of Wichita State University, Wichita, Kansas to learn more about Passport Acceptance, on Tuesday, September 16th, at 1 pm MDT. (12-1 pm PDT & MST | 1-2 pm MDT | 2-3 pm CDT | 3-4 pm EDT)

Passport Acceptance Center 101 is designed to introduce participants to the essential components of becoming a U.S. Department of State Passport Acceptance Facility. This session will cover the “how-to” aspects of starting the process, including initial setup requirements, estimated operational costs, anticipated workload, and potential revenue opportunities. Participants will gain a foundational understanding of the key functions of an acceptance center, as well as practical guidance for expanding their organization's service offerings.

Matthew is the Associate Director of Auxiliary Services at Wichita State University.

Matthew began his career with Wichita State University in 2005 and currently serves as the Associate Director of Auxiliary Services. Since 2011, Matthew and the WSU Postal Services team have been providing passport acceptance processing services, establishing themselves as the “go-to” location for passport services in Wichita, Kansas. Under his leadership, the center has earned a strong reputation for reliability and excellence in service.
